MOLLOTUTTO, although guaranteeing the appropriate confidentiality and secrecy typical of the professional relationship, and lending much attention to the profiles regarding the protection of personal data, does hereby inform the Client that d.lgs. 196/2003 establishes that the treatment of personal data may be done solely with the free and express consent of the interested party, who must be informed in advance with regard to the use of the data regarding him or her pursuant to art. 13 of d.lgs. 196/2003. Towards these ends, MOLLOTUTTO, as Controller of processing of personal data, provides you with the aforementioned information as required by law, hereunder: a. The purpose of the treatment of the data regarding you is to allow MOLLOTUTTO to provide you with assistance and consulting in problems of moving abroad, even if indirectly related. The data treatment procedure will consist of operations or a complex of operations among those indicated under art 4 of d.lgs.196/2003. More specifically, the collection of data on computerized support, and their consequent organization within the internal management application of MOLLOTUTTO's e-mail; conservation for the time strictly necessary to the client's interests, and at any rate not beyond the limits established by law. Should MOLLOTUTTO deem it appropriate, and at all times in compliance with the obligations of law, the Client's data shall be consulted, processed, selected, extracted, compared, interconnected, used, blocked, erased, or destroyed. The treatment shall at all times be done in compliance with the obligations of law and of confidentiality binding upon MOLLOTUTTO's activity, and in accordance with logic strictly correlated with MOLLOTUTTO's aims. b. 1. Consent to the treatment of the personal data as above is obligatory, and has the main and sole purpose of making it possible to provide to the Client the activities described under point a above. c. 1. The consequences of refusal by the interested party to consent to the treatment of the personal data pursuant to point b above will result in MOLLOTUTTO's being unable to fulfil the activities pursuant to point a above, and thus being unable to provide to the Client the assistance and consulting activities as requested by the Client. These data are in fact necessary to fulfil the assignment that is received, to formulate the estimate, and to meet tax requirements. Lacking consent, it is thus impossible to carry out any activity for the party requesting it. 2. The Client is also asked not to provide information that constitutes or that may, even indirectly, constitute sensitive data pursuant to art. 4, letter d) of D.lgv no. 196/03 its own or of third parties and health-related data in particular, without having first given his or her consent to treatment pursuant to the law or having given MOLLOTUTTO the chance to fulfil the appropriate obligations pursuant to d.lgs. 196/2003. d. The subjects or category of subjects to which the data may be disclosed or that may be acquainted with said data as employees or managers, are exclusively the MOLLOTUTTO controller of the treatment and such other in-house or external collaborators as may be involved for the Client's specific requests. MOLLOTUTTO shall make no disclosure of the Client's personal data. e. Article 7 of d.lgs.196/2003 establishes that: 1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. 2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed: a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of processing. 3.
